We are happy to announce the up-gradation of Songs of Earth --- the outbound adventure Golf Resort offering idyllic space for relaxation and leisure for corporate groups into a pioneering Institute that offers customized professional training for Corporates in Hyderabad. ADDventure announces the beginning of “Experiential Learning Based Training Programs” on team building, group management, and leadership. The programs propose to teach and imbibe professional traits necessary for improved performance of individuals and groups in workplace. Experiential Learning uses Team Building and Leadership Games in both indoor & outdoor settings ranging from 100% classroom to 100% outdoor experiential learning, games, Sports activities and competitiveness to demonstrate professional concepts and their significance.
Hyderabad lacks platforms that prepare employees for future challenges and provide training and orientation to new recruits in need of induction into office etiquette, the fresher’s coping with the complications of working as teams, the middle level executives gearing up to take up leadership mantel at workplace. This is a huge gap particularly as Hyderabad has a number of Information Technology companies that employs a sizable number of employees. While other cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai etc. provide opportunities for quick short induction/ professional training to employees the same is lacking in the burgeoning city of Hyderabad. Induction/conforming training at most unfold in office spaces and at most teach the new recruit the art of fitting in with the company goals. Employees are left to fend for themselves in other areas like group behavior, team management, team building, managing crisis, delegation, preparing for leadership etc.
While corporates are ready to assist the employees in acquiring performance enhancing traits, the space and opportunity for providing the same is just not there in our city. Looking at this basic lacuna, we at Songs Of earth ADDventure have initiated programs that offer learning and training through games and adventure. Our outbound games Trainer - Lt.Col. Benny Mathews (Retd.) has been conducting various new outbound team building activities. While we have designed standard and structured programs suited to specific requirements, we are also open to customize our modules of professional executive development programs according to your needs and demands.
More than 60 outbound team building programs were conducted by our team in the last six months. The common team management and leadership training one day programs have now been upgraded to one night and two day programs. Separate programs have been designed for Induction Training, Corporate Team Building and Formal Leadership Development programs. We have created a team of highly competent trainers to conduct the programs in a professional manner. The team is led by a psychologist - trainer with than 25 years’ experience Mr. Raghavan. He is supported in designing and conducting outbound team activities by Mr. Saket Nath, Mr. Sridhar, Ms. Uma, Ms. Sangeetha and Lt. Col Benny Mathews. More....

Induction Program for Entry Level Personnel |

A two day program to teach exploring self, understand organizational work culture, and learn ways of excelling in group atmosphere. |

The program with the right mix of indoor and outdoor activities, role plays, case studies and interactive discussions proposes to acquaint participants with the latest developments and theories on understanding and coping with work place demands. |

The focus is on elaborating and assisting candidates understand and deal with demands of work place, developing a responsive mindset, familiarize them with latest advances in competency mapping, goal setting, and other topics that can prepare them to tackle pressures. |

| Power of Teams |
|
A rigorous outbound program of one night and two days focuses on highlighting the qualities of a good team worker and provides feedback on the capacity and the manner in which the candidates function in teams. |

Issues like complimentary skills needed, creating commitment for common goals, coming to terms with the dichotomy between team goals and individual objectives, challenges of mutual accountability, the evolution process of teams and the challenges of roadblocks are elaborated through a mix of case studies and role plays and through rigorous outbound games. |

|
This is a two day program designed to create managers enabling them to understand the roles responsibilities of managers. |

This program also uses a judicious mix of outbound activities, games, questionnaires, role plays and analysis that will situate employees in different situations and make them learn lessons on being in charge create effective leaderships, differentiate between leaders and managers. |

| Program for Senior Managers |
|
A one night two day program for second line managers preferably in small groups of 10-15. The program proposes to create awareness of the concept of change and development and empower them to acquire aptitude to take up higher responsibilities. |

Through 180 degrees feedback surveys, video films, action planning, role plays situational analysis topics like change management, problem solving, effective team communication, supervisory skills and assertiveness are taught and the latest advances and management theories on these areas elaborated. |

All programs are a mix of inbound and out bound games that elaborate specific topics. The programs use a range of games like moon walk, beer filling, squirrel case, Australian trolley, web ball obstacle game, fill me up, survival case, blind folded ball game, chain game, Maize, Bump Ball, Shepard Sheep and wolves to elaborate and teach specific outcomes. |

Each game is followed by professional detailed debriefing that shows the weakness and strengths of each trait. Employees are exposed to the difficult conditions, the common responses and perceptions, the common mistakes and the process through which these can be rectified through this method. |

Accomodation |
Ten a/c rooms in a zone called jewel Box and Welcome zone is having 8 a/c rooms. Third zone called sky night zone has 9 insect proof tents with attached bath rooms. More than 80 people can be accommodated at a time in different zones. In addition another 15 camping tents with 50 sleeping bags are available.

Songs of Earth has a whole range of Outbound activities and adventure trails for you. A New 3 acre Jungle Zone called Tropical Forest Groove opened for Team Building with BMX cycle track, Obstacle course, Rope Courses etc. Zip line will be introduced next month.
